Weekly Session Outline
(subject to change based on individual needs)

1

Session 1: Discovery and Outlining Portfolio Goals + Delivery of Optimal Cash Flow Plan

You will receive a cash flow plan that will keep your finances organized, and savings automated so you don't have to worry about day-to-day budgeting nuances - spend guilt-free! This is where we will allocate money to your future goals while balancing your current lifestyle and short-term goals.

2

Session 2: Building Your Core Portfolio

Whether you already have a current portfolio of mutual funds, ETFs, or no portfolio at all, you will walk away with a winning portfolio that will put you on track towards the goals you outlined in the previous session. Need a review of your mutual funds statements and how to understand them? Done! This is where you set up the core foundations of a portfolio that will take you to six-figures and beyond and get to understand how professional investment managers build multi-million dollar portfolios for their clients.

3

Session 3: Accounts & Execution

You'll be putting everything to work here, including making your first investment (yay!). We will also be navigating websites together so you know what relevant information to look for, and finally understand what all those acronyms mean (e.g. S&P/TSX, TFSA, RRSP/401K etc.), and how these investment products are structured when presented to you. Everything will start to look familiar! (Can you say, ETF expert in the making?)

4

Session 4: Beyond Your Core with Sectors/Thematics

Here, we will add themes and sectors to your portfolio that align with values and personal interest. Learn how you can support your social causes, earn higher risk-adjusted returns from sectors that interest you (e.g. cryptocurrency, EV, marijuana, etc.).

5

Session 5: Beyond Your Core with Individual Stocks

Learn about the differences between fundamental investing and growth investing. You will understand the characteristics of a good company and be able to identify winners for your portfolio.

6

Session 6: Beyond Your Core with Individual Stocks Part II

Continuing from the last session, this is where you'll learn how to value individual stocks to see if they are desirable as an entry point, so you don't overpay!

7

Session 7: Financial Plan Delivery

We'll be discussing the recommended action plan that will get you to the retirement you want, minimize your taxes, ensure you and your family are protected from life events, and carry on your wealth to the next generation.

8

Session 8: Wrap up/ Q&A/Personalized Session

Here we will wrap up everything you've learned or if there is anything you'd like to discuss further in detail, this session is all yours!

Happy Clients

Sarah C.

Manager, Business & Tech Support

I had no idea fees can be as slow as 0.2%. Crunching the numbers I saw that the following year I saved over $4,400 because of the lower fees.

Michelle helped me really understand how much my bank was taking from my portfolio in fees. She walked me through how easy it was to manage my own portfolio and how low the fees are for ETFs.

Anton I.

Business Application Manager

With my first stock purchase I able to make an $800.00 profit in over 2 months.

Reaching out to the Sassy Investor for advice/help made all the sense in the world.  She help me organized my financial goals through asking various simple questions that made me think what I really wanted.  Any questions I had she answered in terminology that I could understand.

Diana H.

Insurance Broker

...I was able to contribute $10,000 in savings, saw a 20% growth in my portfolio and 2.5% reduction in annual management fees

Most importantly, it gave me the financial freedom and confidence to leave my unhappy relationship, move out and furnish my own place, take up boxing, pursue a designation, and rebuild my happiness.
